    To clarify - my comment about delays was about Kiwi.

    My second comment was talking about PEL. I think BAS have a shocking record over the last 12-18months (likely longer) of promising things and then they fall down when they're due.

    I would hope that the PEL study results come out during July, but I wouldn't bet heavily on that happening.
