I don't think NWE would be interested without knowing what they are sitting on with Xanadu -0 having said that if a takeover offer is made to SH"s I think they would seriously consider- probably have to give Shelly a seat - but I agree an offer of around .005 per share might do the trick 0r 1 TEG share for every 30 NWE shares? NWE doesn't look like consolidating so maybe we can do that for them?
