poo is still well below what is needed. why would anyone lend if we cannot prove up?
If we can prove up, then debt funding is an option.
At this time I do not see us as being financially robust
If they told us they would do a JV post hile for alpha, NOW. Then I would be far more relaxed than I am now. Even more so if SOA pull their fingers out and get the rebate paid, NOW.
