The biggest winner out of all this is Origin. U8 is drilling into a known resource to extract more oil. Origin is entitled to half the proceed therefore, in time, they will recover whatever they had spend in the current drilling program. If the gas discovery has a commercial value, Origin is in the driver's seat to reap hugh rewards. BRU does not have the monetary resources to bring the gas to market but Origin has. Having said this, BRU is a small Company and even 10% of a large gas project equates to a lot of value to BRU shareholders. Here's to expecting the worst but hoping for the best.
