Those wanting oil might need to reconsider, COP26 made it quite clear that coal must go, but India and China opted out of abolish, to reduce use.

Now at the same time we have China, India, Pakistan and other countries in the worst smogs imagineable, because of coal, diesel, petrol, wood burning, etc

The facts are there to see, gas gas gas is the needed energy source for Asia, not just to reduce CO2 but to reduce city pollution that can kill a million each year.

N/W Australia is very close to India etc

Australian gas is needed to reduce global CO2, and to provide cleaner burning fuels for Asia.

It must be the case that a basin with potentially 20+ TCF of gas is going to get the green lights from governments to pipeline to an export point for delivery to Asia.

I wonder if the operators Org, BM, Bru, others could look to having their own terminal close to the Canning basin if they received some government grants, maybe 3 years to get a pipeline and loading pontoon approved, and a similar time to develop the wells / separators / compressors.

Look at the map, shortest distance to Asian markets.
