Yes, that is how I read it which makes sense ... we just acquired these and there is a cost to that ... I reckon we have split the transaction fee with Mphasis as a means of paying for them (maybe 50:50)?
What we have also acquired though is the managed service centre .... and this appears to be the biggest potential area for growth.
To quote from page 1: "The increased network forms the base for an intended assertive approach to further increase revenues through the utilisation of TSI India's managed services network in offering a suite of value added services already in the sales pipleine".
