    Im not complaining about the 1 share at .027, i was buying it at .028/.029 in the auction so a bit cheaper for me.... having said that, who ever was able to manipulate it down to .027 has a reason...I would suspect that reason is accumulation. (further illustrated ,IMO, by some of the larger sell orders in the low 3's hoping to push the price down I think)
