Thanks for your concern but I don't take financial advice from posters on HC, I know that sounds silly but....
I was merely pointing out that possibly the one actual income producing asset is now also in the "we don't know" bucket along with everything else they have touched over the last umpteen years. Call it bad luck, poor planning, poor management whatever you like, I say all of them, as I said in last post we will see if it impacts SP.
