The only success is Odin. It would have been the end of the road for VEN if Odin did not flow.
Two out of three Vali wells do not flow properly. The third one is declining quickly. They still need to meet the prepayment obligation. There is still the $10 million debt which needs to be paid with interest.
The CO2 partner is struggling to survive. There is not much progress.
The Galilee partner is not doing anything. The money spent there is sunk (around $10 million).
A cap raise is on its way. The only questions is when/at what price
The share price reached all time lows. The management is happy to accept performance shares for this performance in addition to a pay raise.
On the other hand, there was a large buyer today. May be someone is building a position for a takeover?
