the North Americian expansion will not be cash flow positive IMHO not initially anyway with set up costs , so will hurt the bottom line.
Have to feel its a bad move Ken would have been better building the rigs and then , leasing or selling them to a driller stateside, the way they have done it is just going to push up overheads
