I thought the loan was actually a good thing. They go through $5M a quarter in exporation costs and with the oil from the three wells I calculated that the sales would pay for 10 of the 13 weeks of the quarter so they are nearly cash neutral or at least should be by the end of the quarter concerning costs of the last 2 years. However to build infrastucture for long term international sales I am not sure how much that would cost and what kind of further funding would be required.
