    I am not sure I agree entirely ... yes it is a big increase percentage wise, but in actual volume I don't see it as big at all. Anyway, just my opinion and not a major.

    Good to see that SREI are very bullish post the budget ... and particularly in the rural sector. I see the SREI ATM trial delay as just that - a delay. The CSCs are too valuable if you see growth in the rural sector to let the idea die. I reckon we will be underway again within a couple of months.
