Disappointing news as the one big news we hoping for is as you said wishy washy, and very unclear on this position of buying out TSI now. It's states 'should TSN choose to exercise' this isn't very promising and sounds more like a decision has yet to be made. This does reflect the SP fall today as holders will be exiting now that they have a feel of where the company stands. I hold and wait. There's no use talking about the fundamentals of TSI until TSN makes a decision, it can go the way of looking at something entirely different if this deal does not go through.
