Unless the day traders get to it, pump it in the buildup and bail before any news hits, whether good or bad they still get their 10 or 20% which is the way they usually play it, they could stick around for the outcome of news and maybe make it big but their trading rules/guidelines tell them to bail and take their small profit rather than lose if bad news hits.
