That vehicle permit is for a CT crane arriving onsite. The drillrig was already demobilised. There should also b a Coil Tubing express (truck with a large drum/spool of tubing) that should move into position. The Crane acts as a hoist when needed, while setting up the gear thro' the well head.

CT operation basically eliminates the need to have a rig onsite & saves heaps of time for an Operator. They'll pressure test all the equipment b4 perforating the 4.5" liner in the relevant zones of interest & then follow it up with the rest of the Frac procedure etc.
