Positive announcement.
This won't make the manipulator happy.
Of course the day trader wanted to hear "we've struck oil and it's flowing freely !" Rome was not built in a day, and you will not get something as complex as this working in 7 days.
For me, I wanted to hear another reference to hydrocarbons. I needed to hear that this is similar to other fields close by. And I know we have the absolute best in the business getting it done.
I would expect the sentiment to change after today. Excitement will be continuing to build.
