You will note that the "most discussed" stocks are generally micro caps, also known as penny dreadful's when they go wrong. This area of the market is played differently to the big end of town. You would have noticed a large (common theme) variation in share price over the last couple of years. This presented the opportunity you need to become 'free carry' at this end of the market with careful trading. I purchased options a while back at .005, traded them (twice) to return my capital and show a (healthy) profit. The paper profit I currently carry, is half that Ferrari we all dream about, or it could also be a gopher! I, like all of you, have my fingers crossed, but should it not go according to plan, disappointed, yes, definitely, but my capital and a profit are back in the bank. Plus, I feel like iv'e completed a Cert 4 in oil exploration!
