Let's be clear been in this close to 2 years Fine tuning as an announcement from a team that once upon a time fed us decent information as it come through is a little concerning.

Think fine tuning could be code word for things are going well or could be cover if it comes back as a negative I think some questions need to be asked.

There are numerous things I'd imagine would have been do e since the 21st which had led to this decision to delay. Why that information is being held back is concerning considering how open management have been in the past.
