It would be fair to say that 88E now have access to at least the proven Yukon Oil @ 90MMBO, and an economic method of getting it out. The only reason this wasn't viable before was no infrastructure to get it out, now with nearby infrastructure (built in 2016) it is economic @ $40/bbl.
