I would image fx Mr Wall would want the FO prior to Winx spud. Though no physical geographic relationship between the 2 , if Winx was to fail it could put real pressure on Mr Wall in negotiations for a FO. 88Energy may appear to be in stress financially hence vulnerable to a lower offer. However if Winx "comes in " the reverse would no doubt apply. Just have to trust his judgement and negotiation skills. The next 9 weeks will tell all.
