The securities of Buru Energy (“BRU”will be placed in trading halt at the request of CEOChair, pending it releasing an announcement about anything. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until anybody notices, or the earlier of the commencement of normal trading, or any trading at all, or when the market gets off it’s arse, or when Eric gets his feet off me while sunbaking on the Beach waiting for the imminent onset of 1mm precipitation.
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Buru Energy (“BRU” (Company) (ASX:BRU) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending an ASX announcement regarding a lo-ball offer under 60c for it’s luvly oil portfolio, with the A$1b gas asset thrown in for free.
