jlo ... I think that you are attempting to teach someone who knows everything.. thus does not want to hear what others have to say.

Others on this tread understand that a loss of a customer in a SaaS business is not a single $$ loss but a monthly $$ loss until that customer is replaced.  Thus affecting ARR ... and yes Mgmt has included that number in prior ARR announcements so it will most definitely go down.

Perhaps jbr should ask mgmt what their ARR will be once this migration is complete ... maybe that is when the penny will drop.
