    I don't get it.

    Are you saying that 90% of people wouldn't? And therefore the discount rate should completely destroy the value of the deposit?

    While I agree with the general context of your post, I think a 13% discount rate is extremely generous.

    I know for a fact that discount rates in that order are applied to domestic Lithium projects, which present far less risk.
