Every driller/completions company will have the 'secret sauce's. My experience with 4 similar reservoirs to Ungani in 4 different countries/basins convinced me there was at least a dozen situations that could occur which would need some finesse. Having other field knowledge is critical but not a panacea. As most managers will tell you - 'having good geos/reservoir engineers is nice - have a guy on the rig who can optimally drill/complete is the bomb'.
