Think you need to work on Enterprise value......not market cap.
So to get that.
88E Market Cap minus net cash = EV
PMO Market Cap plus net debt = EV
Suddenly PMO with all its debt is valued in the billions still............ LOL
Market cap without taking into account net debt or net cash is very misleading............
