My best attempt at transcribing the relevant section on announcements during drilling. D Wall clearly lays out what will be reported. That does not mean he cannot change tack, but his plan is very clear at that point in time.

So during the drilling if we see something significant, and particularly if its disappointing, we will announce that. The expectation is that we will see oil shows. We will announce those also. We are using oil based mud in the drilling of this, which does suppress the oil shows to some extent, but gives you a much smoother well bore, and a lot of the tools we are using to try and figure out whats there, have pads on them that press against the sides of the well bore, and the better the well bore condition the better readings you are going to get from those pads and the better the data.
So, you know, that should be something that we will be able to report, we should have oil shows, I mean , like I said its 100% in some of these zones.
