A pay cut ? He and some others need replacing . As I have said numerous time now, we need somebody younger who is results oriented and who will focus on big impact targets. We have a very large liquids rich tight (mostly) gas accumulation in the Laurel, we have Yulleroo , and we have several large oil exploration targets . Pretty well what we had ten years ago.
We can diddle around forever sweating the small stuff and messing it up every chance we get using the “C” team, or we can move into dynamic mode .
