That's whats worrying me .Why trying so hard to convince all the voters to vote with a yes to all except for Resolution 7.if they knew its not going to be good why put themselves in this timeline but on the other hand if they had no control on timeline then they did not want people to vote in the negative knowing full well that shareholders are not happy with so many disappointments and then if the news is good they cannot go forward as the BOD has been split.Just thinking out loud.No idea what so ever.
