Boston007 03/04/200 8:56 Share 88E is not a charity, nor a not-for-profit sporting club or organisation. Consequently, company employees should only be rewarded on success, not I tried my best, but it was a failure and still near to be rewarded.To date, company employee salaries and allocation of options have been generous and reflect anticipated success, which to date has not happened! Once again, shareholders should be concerned that remuneration is not based on anticipated success, but should only be paid on success, otherwise all the working capital will be consumed in ever increasing salaries, administration, over-heads costs and shares on issue causing dilution.Also, what happens if the drill does not meet commercial expectations? The results, as yet, have not been released. Once again may be rewarded for a fail and continue on with a story of the dream.Of course, I hoping for a success on this drill and on actual success would fully support generous rewards to company employees.
