The annoucement didn't seem to jump out at me with good news either, but I think there are a combination of factors -
PMO may be muzzling DW's enthusism somewhat.
I remember someone recently , on this forum or AIM, quoted a DW email response where he was told by ASX or ASIC to only release info when certain. I don't know the veracity of this.
It is a long way though from the London presentation where he said there would be updates at each horizon advising oil or no.
I'm waiting for more info & watching how markets react ?
