Pro, I did say in years (plural) gone by Dave would put 'pleased to announce/advise' on updates which were not that good. Try this one -

It was regarding the shut-in/suspension of IW2 for the 2017/2018 winter season. As you can see it starts with 'pleased to provide an update' for news which wasn't that good. A suspension for months ?
He only did it a few times before he started putting pleased on good & not on bad news.
