As previously announced, the Company has also been progressing a partial monetisation of a uranium sale and purchase agreement. Revenue from any monetisation will be used to reduce long term Company debt. People around the world are adjusting to working remotely while also managing the increased demands of responding to the COVID-19 crisis and the time required to complete the partial monetisation has now been extended. The Company will provide additional guidance as the
timeline for the transaction completion becomes clear.
