Did a cursory scan on available services in Mongolia, was lazy, stopped at two, shouldn't have as plenty of time with the 5 day lockdown. Anyway, Mongolia Oil and Gas can provide testing services, equipment and personnel, though their website does not mention specifically CBM testing. And then there is DATON Oil Field Services, interesting aspect is that they are a Mongolian/Chinese collaboration, probably the easiest way to get the confidential data to TO competition.....
So, far from exhaustive list, but one would think that the testing and producing bit of the pilot well exercise has locally available solutions.
