ClemFD it ain’t no joke. The ONLY risk is not ignoring trolls and dumb asses soon enough. Sort the wheat from the chaff and these threads are bearable. The only thing I left out in my reasonable, logical and rational, valuation, was in my take over Price $/GJ assumption I did not factor in the production sharing value so half the rates.... but then redouble them because of the proximity savings and not having to convert to LNG and ship and you’re back where I started.
