I've been around too long to not be aware of optimists and pessimists.
Keep calm and take it one day at a time. All will be revealed in the fullness of time. I happen to one that believes in the case of EXR, it will be an upward trajectory with expected adjustments along the way.
I'm personally holding for the longer term and accumulating along the way within my capacity..
