Kuwait funds may be circling Elixir. Two days ago the Mongolian foreign minister met with representatives from the Kuwaiti government -
ELIXIR ENERGY and the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation also appear to be warming up to each other. Below is a representative of the KPC congratulating Elixir in their recent success at Nomgon.
I suspect Kuwait sovereign wealth funds are doing their due diligence of Elixir before deciding to become a major investor.
