The alternative was the new Mk2 BOD boot him out the door back in 2016 and never continue with code red and sell it all back then lock stock and barrel (when they had something to sell) and get something back for shareholders when they had half a chance....
Were they ever give that chance? Maybe the CEO had too much influence all along and that is the problem? I don't know..
But the new BOD has kept believing in the WP cool aid (that is for sure) and there lies the problem..
4 years on yes.. it is the BOD who have utterly failed shareholders lock stock and barrel and now they have effectively award themselves a pay rise?
