The company is likely to need additional capital in the next month or two.
Based on past raises it is possible they would raise based on 30 day VWAP and at 20% discount which at the moment would be approximately $3.20.
Interesting dilemma for long term holders at the moment, hold cash for potential raise or pay a little more now to assist to drive the price up and thus reduce potential dilution of existing holdings.
Hopefully the company can very soon raise non dilutive capital instead.
