NWilliams great find re 4C and their trans septally inserted AltaValve in Europe. Getting information on this company is so difficult. I would appreciate if others could give this forum more info. Mitral Regurge is as big an area as Aortic Stenosis so if 4C can become the new Edwards then AVR becomes a mini Edwards.
