yep one quarter when shareholders are down over 95% over the previous 16 quarters since the "new" BOD took charge in 2016. A rather telling fact wouldn't you say? So why is the CEO still there when I thought it was common corporate governance amongst most ASX listed companies that a CEO is supposed to be accountable to the BOD's for the performance of a company? NA/IMO
