The additional information shared by @Ya about Sino Gas & Energy (SEH) is good and demonstrates it’s not difficult to create a very robust economic project even with a resource size that doesn’t exceed Australian expectations.

That Norwest report focuses on coal seams that dip near vertical along the edge of the syncline where an open pit coal mine would occur, but at some point below the 150m cut off point the seams will likely become near horizontal towards the centre of the basin. The company has stated that recent drilling has confirmed good areal extent within the CSG depth window which is great.

In Neil’s StockPal webinar he mentions that 20km worth of coal extension was identified during recent field mapping in Nomgon which is enticing. He also hinted about an upcoming exploration strat hole in the mid-section of the Nomgon Basin where a recent coal outcrop discovery was made. Looking forward to seeing the exploration presentation.
