Even with the drilling complications, this is a very positive announcement- it would be naive to think we would be able to complete this project without drilling issues for some reason or another. this won't be the last, and that's perfectly normal.
Looks like we are on track, up and onwards everyone!! IMO there is no way they would be re-drilling if they thought it was a dud
