There is a free FPSO, 20 years old, next door of the Buffalo field (about 10 km to the north), just call the WA DMP and tell them you are interested and you can have it for free.
They could leave the FPSO on location, just extent the flow lines.
All it needs is a bit of WD40 and a lick of paint.
