As long as they don't breach the amount that can be issued it is. There is a bit of flexibility in this. This is interesting indeed. To take them not just above the average they use for placements but above current market value is interesting indeed.
does anyone know the number that would have been used for the placement if done normally I can't remember the average range they normally use.
