That's the whole idea behind running wireline logs to suss out the actual 'net' pay oil pay, gross thickness & relevant reservoir properties before planning on a test. Final TD wasn't mentioned on the LSE pdate (i.e, Measured depth & Total vertical depth should have been mentioned).

Depending on the WL results, the mkt wants to see a flowtest & flowrates with future plans for appraisal/ coring.

Oilshows & mud 'pops' were due to the drilling mud bringing cuttings & fluids back to surface, streaming cut & fluor rings are good indications. How the reservoir flows under testing is a different thing alongwith gas/oil ratio, oil API & raft of other parameters that they can collect later on from any tests. Logging results will b crucial in the coming days.
