Need to figure out far more precise numbers on barrels before any such claim can be made. ATM it's an estimate on barrels with some very wide goal posts.

The estimation says there's between 90m barrels and 1.4bn barrels with an estimate of 237mn barrels. Nope, when those numbers are better defined you can work out a value by dividing that number into expected sales, less costs, and then figuring out 12.4 bn shares.

Gotta remember that there isn't the infrastructure for buses, trains and military vehicles to go electric so diesel demand will continue for many many years to come.
