That depends on how many barrels are down there.
There are some working on a $3 price per barrel theory if the company is bought out but, let's wait for barrel numbers to be further defined. Then, it also depends on the buyer:
South Korea for example paid a heck of a lot for Canadian oil sands about 5 years ago which will cost them over $2 a litre to process I believe. Might get a different player wanting in that is willing to pay more for light crude.
