a TO (offer) could come inside 12 months but it’s going to take everything this year being a full success. Pilot, cores, thicknesses, multiple basins, power plant, bayan (lots of seismic and 3 wells planned around temee) and then the offer might only be $3 for which would be $100m for NY but at the same time the additional value 2022 and onwards could bring could double that again. Who knows I’m just thinking out loud. It’s still early and fairly priced but it could still get pairshsped however this seems less likely by the week
