Yes it does have to be voted on and the board will recommend how to vote. They may or, may not go quite as hard as as they would on Australian soil but EXR are not light weights and NY would be well planned with this stage well versed rehearsed and in mind not to mention actual experience including strong Mongolian share holders, well established national and community network, a stable government, AS and other seasoned special agents. Whenever and whatever the board says I’ll likely agree and expect they’ll be fairly transparent.
