I agree, i took my allocation personally but if you remember back then because it took so long the sp dipped down to the raise price and actually fell below it so you were in turn better off taking them on market for a discount to what the spp offered, i will assume someone deliberately crushed the sp below the ssp price for that exact reason and regal then swooped in and took up the shortfall. This wouldnt have happend of they went woth someone to undertake the raise, 2 days or so in a halt and bam, funds raised and back on the market trading.
